The urine collection cup is made of SUS304 conductive material, which can accurately support fully automatic urine testing and assist in health monitoring without additional operation; it is equipped with a four-level waterproof material to effectively isolate urine penetration and prevent moisture damage to the inside of the device, which not only ensures the stability of the detection function, but also extends the service life of the device, making it safer and more reliable to use.

Silicone Protective Pad

The urine collector’s close-fitting silicone protective pad has 3 circles of thread to enhance the fit and prevent displacement. The 711 ultra-fine three-dimensional silicone particles can reduce the area of ​​direct contact with the skin and maintain breathability without being stuffy. The 31 wind noise holes can also assist in heat dissipation and noise reduction. The combination of these three makes it stable and leak-proof when worn all day, while reducing skin discomfort and improving comfort during use.

Note:
Upon receipt, please assemble the product, add saline solution, and then power it on for testing. Ensure the device is functioning properly and noise levels are within acceptable limits before wearing it.

Operation Guide

Step1

Unpack and put the leak-proof valve into the baffle, first put it into one side and then tighten it into the other side until the film is completely put into the baffle.

Step 2

Before installation, confirm the inside and outside of the shorts (the anti-slip strip is on the inside as shown in the figure) and install from the inside out.

Step 3

Wear the installed baffle and leak-proof mold to your genitals (with the massage pins facing your body) and adjust them until they are comfortable.

Step 4

As shown in the picture, put on the fixed shorts, with the non-slip side facing inwards and the plush side facing outwards. First, flatten the upper part and stick it to the abdomen, then pull the two ends of the bottom from under the thighs and stick them to the waistband, and adjust them to a comfortable position.

Step 5

Unpack the package, press the urine cup tubing upwards onto the retaining plate until the buckle is fully inserted, adjust the self-adhesive buckle on the tubing, tighten the tubing and attach it to the belt.

Step 6

Plug the pipe plug into the main unit, press until you hear a “click” sound, and turn the main unit switch to “I” to turn on the device.

Special Needs

If the genitals are too short (3cm-6cm), it is recommended to put the leak proof valve on the inner buckle of the baffle.
Note:
1. Do not pull the leak-proof valve excessively to avoid it falling off or breaking.
2. The leak-proof valve opening should be adjusted to the center of the baffle.
3. The leak-proof valve must be replaced after being used continuously for one week or after it is damaged.

Usage Angle and Applicable Posture

Usage Status Diagram

It is suitable for various common positions such as supine, semi-supine, sitting/wheelchair, bent legs, and side-lying, and can meet the posture requirements of daily rest and activities, allowing users to use it normally in most scenarios; prone position is an incorrect position, and users and caregivers should avoid postures that are prone to urinary leakage or equipment failure. This not only ensures the effectiveness of use, but also reduces the troubles caused by improper operation, making it more worry-free and safer to use.

Use Angle

The correct usage angles are 0° (suitable for lying flat) and 45° (suitable for semi-supine lying), which can meet the posture requirements of daily rest and light activities. However, it should be noted that the incorrect usage state is an angle greater than 90°, which can easily affect the normal operation of the device and should be avoided.

 Start and Use the Machine

Step 1

Open the charging protective cover, insert the charger DC plug into the charging port of the host, and connect the charger to the power supply.
Note：Please use the host while it is charging.

Step 2

Turn on the power and turn the power switch to the “I” position.

Step 3

Press the start/stop button to confirm that the equipment can operate
normally.
Note：When there is urine in the urine collection cup, the host will automatically suck it out.

Three Modes

Note: To switch between automatic mode and standard mode, long press the “Mute” button and the switch is successful when you hear a “beep” sound.

Cleaning Guide

 Cleaning Urine

Step 1

Observe the urine volume in the urine collection bucket and clean up the urine in time.
Note：The maximum capacity is 2.5L.When it exceeds 2.5L, the host stops pumping.

Step 2

The first step is to open the buckle, and the second step is to pull out the quick-connect connector vertically up wards.
Note：Before pulling out the quick-connect connector, be sure to suck out the liquid in the urine collection tube.

Step 3

Aim the bottom drain outlet towards the toilet to drain.

Step 4

The first step is to press the top lock button as indicated by the arrow and hold it, and the second step is to pull the discharge button upwards.
Note：Do not open the ear buttons when there is urine in the bucket to avoid urine leakage.

Daily Cleaning/Disinfection

Step 1

Remove the baffle and urine collection cup from the shorts and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Note: Use a warm washcloth to clean the genitals and surrounding skin.

Step 2

Disinfect the urine collection cup with alcohol and let it dry.

Step 3

Shake the barrel slightly and then drain the waste water.

Step 4

First install the baffle plate in the fixed shorts, and then buckle the urine collection cup and the baffle plate to install.During installation, the side of the baffle plate with massage nails should be on the same side as the anti-slip strip of the fixed shorts.

Deep Cleaning and Disinfection

Step 1

If necessary, you can also open the ear clips and use a cup brush to clean the inside of the bucket. Before opening the ear clips, make sure there is no residual liquid in the urine collection bucket to prevent liquid leakage.

Step 2

Wipe clean the bottom of the main unit and the inside of the barrel.

Step 3

Install the upper part of the main unit vertically into the barrel and fasten the ear buckles.Make sure the ear clips snap into place on both sides.

Step 4

Make sure the gasket is completely in contact with the bottom of the barrel. If you find that the gasket is not in contact with the bottom of the barrel, pull the drain button once and confirm again whether it is completely in contact.

Step 5

 Wipe the surface of the host clean with a rag.

Step 6

 Separate the liner from the urine collection cup and remove it.

Step 7

Wipe the lining clean with a rag. It is recommended to deep clean and disinfect the lining 1 to 2 times a week.

Step 8

Disinfect the liner with alcohol and let dry.

Step 9

Wash the shorts and dry them.Hand wash, maximum wash.temperature 40°C.Do not bleach. Hang to dry.Do not dry clean.

Storage and Maintenance

Step 1

The first step is to open the buckle, and the second step is to pull out the quick-connect connector vertically upwards.
Note：Please suck out the liquid in the urine collection tube before pulling out the quick-connect connector.

Step 2

Observe the battery level. If the battery is low, charge it.

Step 3

If there is odor after long-term use, it is recommended to replace the filter (the recommended replacement cycle is 180 days)

Precautions

1.Do not turn off the power or unplug the quick connector when this product is working normally.
2.Do not place the urine collector host in the channel or in an easily touched area.
3.Before use, please make sure that the host is placed in the effective working range of the urine collection tube to prevent the host from being pulled down.
4.After wearing, the pipeline should not be pulled too tight to prevent the urine cover from falling off or blocking the pipeline.
5.Do not place foreign objects in the urine collection cup to avoid pipeline blockage.
6.Make sure that the tilt angle of the host is not greater than 15 when using it.
7.Do not place the urine collection bucket in an environment below 0°C when there is liquid in it.
8.This product should not be used for purposes other than urination care.
9.Before discarding this product, please dispose of the battery in accordance with local regulations.
10.Please be sure to suck out the liquid in the urine collection tube before unplugging the quick-connect connector.
11.Do not open the ear buckle when there is urine in the urine collection bottle to prevent urine from leaking from the bottom.
12.It is recommended to place a urine pad under the buttocks to avoid bedding stains caused by improper operation.
13.The urine collection cup sensor can only automatically suck urine. Please start the suction manually when cleaning.
14.Every 4 hours, the health status of the user’s genitals and surrounding related parts must be observed. If any discomfort occurs, please stop using it immediately.
15.Every 12 hours, the genitals and urine collection cup must be cleaned and disinfected according to the instructions. To ensure wearing comfort, wait for the skin to dry after cleaning before wearing (at least half an hour).
16.The urine collection cup needs to be cleaned and disinfected every day. Please perform deep cleaning and disinfection after one week of continuous use.
