The urine collection device utilizes advanced sensor technology and delicate mechanical structure, the metal detector is highly sensitive, the sensor senses and sends a signal to the intelligent control center within 0.5 seconds after the urine contact, the system starts the vacuum negative pressure pump after judging and pumps the urine from the collection cup to the collection bottle, realizing automated and efficient collection. Automatic Cleaning

When the auto-sensing metal probe is immersed in water mixed with alcohol or disinfectant, the highly sensitive sensor inside the probe responds and triggers the cleaning process automatically. Driven by negative pressure, the disinfectant solution is quickly and efficiently transported to the collection bottle to provide a comprehensive, no-dead-angle deep cleaning of the catheter and the collection bottle. The entire cleaning process can be accomplished without the need for external aids, thanks to the device’s intelligent design.

Smart Display

Our product is equipped with a powerful smart display. The display has an accurate record of the time and number of times the user urinates. When the count reaches 199, or if the user chooses to turn off the device, the count will automatically reset to zero. The main body of the urination device consists of three parts:

PCB control circuit board: connecting the LED segment display tube and control buttons, which can be skillfully embedded in the cap of the urine collection bottle to ensure the device runs smoothly and has a clean appearance. The manufacturing and testing process is strictly controlled by professional engineers, which is the core of the device.

Micro Vacuum Pump: It adopts DC micro pump, which is small in size, light in weight, and high in performance to provide power for urine transportation and maintain the smooth operation of the device, and the selection focuses on the service life and performance stability.

Wire and cable: as the key to connect the components, to ensure the stable transmission of power and signals, to ensure the synergistic operation of the device.

Flat Design

When designing the bottle cap, our factory gives full consideration to the convenience of use and hygiene, and sets the top and bottom ends of the cap as flat surfaces. When the user opens the cap, no matter it is placed on the table or handheld, the flat surface can ensure the cap is stable and effectively prevent tipping and staining.

Hydrophobic Coating

About Catheter

Screw Head

Our factory has adopted a spiral head connection between the catheter and the collection cup. After many rounds of simulation tests and optimization, users only need to insert the catheter into the collection cup accurately, and the spiral head structure will be tightened automatically through its special thread design to achieve a tight and stable connection. When it is time to disconnect, the user only needs to pull outward to easily disconnect the connection. The screw head is tightly fitted to the catheter and will not lead to urine leakage. This design greatly improves the ease of operation and provides a good user experience.

Catheter Is Not Easy To Fold

Our factory strives for excellence in the production of conduits. Considering the various usage scenarios, the length of the catheter is set at 160cm to meet various needs. When selecting materials, we use safe and reliable food-grade silicone, and with advanced technology, we control the softness precisely at 70 degrees. The catheter has been tested and found to be able to return to its original shape even after frequent bending, effectively preventing clogging and ensuring the smooth flow of urine.

Normally, female’s urination rate is 1.20-1.38 L/Min, which means that our device is totally able to support the user’s need in normal urination rate.

Not recommended for patients who are:

• Agitated, combative, or uncooperative and might remove the device.
• Having frequent episodes of bowel incontinence without a fecal management system in place.
• Experiencing skin irritation or breakdown at the site.

Proceed with caution in patients who have undergone recent surgery of the external urogenital tract or pubic area.
